you will need alignment and a camber kit after you have dropped the car
even a 1" drop would require alignment to ensure the car is in optium condition
geez.....i hate those rich bums who don't know anything about modding cars and throw money right to it, after all they dun know what they are doing.....

They will adjust the camber to spec when they do the alignment...
Problem is, the stock camber adjustments may not allow them to adjust it within spec, which is why you may need a camber kit...
I had mine dropped, then had an alignment done... The fronts were able to be aligned within spec... But the rears would not align with the stock adjustment threshold... So I had the rear camber kit installed, and then had another alignment to get the rears within spec...
Some folks just install the cambers in anticipation of this... But I ended up paying for two alignments...hoping that I would not need the kit...but needing it anyway...

First, yes, you need to do an alignment after a drop...which you have done...
Second, I would bet good money that you need at the very least a rear camber kit...with a 3 inch drop, it would not surprise me if you needed more flexibility in the front camber adjustments too...

Let your springs settle in first after install about a month. With a 3inch drop I would think you might need the front and rear camber kit. If anything, get the alignment done for all four wheels with rear camber kit and see if your going to really need the front camber. I have about a fingerand a half to 2 finger gap and after alignment, I have a negative 1.3 camber in the front without camber kit.

i lowered it at least 3 inches
when you lower your car, you will need an alignment. its best to wait about 2 weeks so that the springs will settle. once they are settled, you get the alignment.
rule of thumb (for the acura tl atleast)... a 1.5inch drop or less, will not need a camber kit... more than 1.5 you more than likely will need a camber kit.

I agree and disagree at the same time...
Yes...do the alignment only...and ask them for the alignment report... Find out if they can get it in spec... If it is too far out of spec, get the camber kit...

How long do you want your Tires to last should be the first question that you should be asking. With any kind of drop you tweak chamber, toe, etc... 1" to slammed: you should always get an alignment if you drop your car. I am guilty of this! I have Ground Control coilovers and had a slight drop of around an inch and found the inside of my front and rear tires worn significantly more than the outside. I could have just kept on driving, but that really would have messed up my rubbers even more....
i know i should have my car align after the suspension work, but is been three years since i owned the car, three separate drops and i still did not do it yet, not because i can't afford the cost of a alignment, but i can't afford to have the rims scratch....may be i will put on stocks 17" for the alignment
TL-er W/ H&R Sport Spring
Do you guy have camber kit on your ride? I'm started notice little tire wear in front wheels. My H&R has been on my car for year now. For rear tire no wear at ALL. When i got my alignment the guy told be my ride be O.K.
Should i get Camber kit for front or just get another alignment?

Aside from if you lower the car or not, you should get an alignment done as part of regular maintenance (at least once a year). Hitting potholes, curbs, etc. can knock out your alignment regardless of drop or stock height.
