What's your opinion on keyless starters for our TL's

Thinking of getting one but the engine warms up pretty quick anyways, not sure if it's worth the money.

Also read somewhere that you shouldn't warm the engine from cold longer than a few minutes.

why do you want one?

its about to be winter time, do you live where the climate gets cold?
do you not have a garage?

remote starters are for convenience and nothing else, ie: warming up the inside of the car in sub-zero temperatures.
can also cool the inside of the car when temps are unbearably hot.

wait, so you do have a garage?

as stated, its a convenience thing.
get one, if you cant stand to get into your car on a hot day.
get one, if you cant stand to get into a below freezing car.

I read somewhere that aliens are walking amongst us.

There is nothing that is going to hurt your car by it idling more than a few min. Mine idles all day long (when its not driving). Only thing you will do by idling the car is warm it up and use ever so slightly more fuel than normal. (ive used less than 1/4 tank by letting the car idle for 8 hrs.
