What's up with these mods...

Anyone bid on this so-called mod? Sounds good in theory, but maybe that's all...

Last time I checked, the temperature needle in my TL has NEVER EVER EVER moved from slightly below center while driving. I would take a guess that if this 'bypass' was installed, the needle still wouldn't move.

(I might not understand the mod though)

Hmm...seems people didn't like his EGR block off plate, whatever that crap is...yup, just another scam...

I'm guessing that he'd send you a couple lengths of rubber tubing and (maybe) an inline coupler and show you how to splice the hoses that carry coolant through the throttle body. Ripoff indeed.

Yeah thats basically what it is. The guys on the Grand Prix and Grand Am sites have been doing this. I'm not sure what their gains were though.
