How do you like the head unit and how much was it. I'm thinking about getting something similar to that as well. Good stuff there.

i got the 2W900FM-A.

i really like it it has a lot of features... plus the sounds it makes when arming/disarming is sweet

Flyboy4yang: i really like it... the interface is very user friendly and the functions are endless. i got it for 650$ CDN... which is about 500-550 USD. I got a pretty good deal on it though.. it usually goes for much more...

Good stuff. Is it true that you have to get new wiring if you want to use an aftermarket head unit with your stock Bose system? Or is this type of install something you would be able to do in your own garage?
