Question What are YOU GUYS paying???

hey fellow members.. i am planning to purchase a new TL-S w/navi. but i was just wondering what you guys paid for yours. i know it's around 33k.. but i was hoping that if i paid what the dealer wants, i'd ask him to throw in the factory full body kit (sounds impossible.. yet possible?). anyways.. i just want to know what kind of deals you guys got when you guys purchased a TL-S. please respond.. thanks!!

I bought my TL-S w/o Navi in June. I paid $30,000 (the lowest price I saw on here was $29,200). I also had the option of getting one with Navi for $32,000 but I didn't need it (I like maps because I am good with them). If you are being asked to pay $33,000, I don't see why the dealer can't throw in a factory kit. It's worth a shot anyways. One thing though: prices may have gone up since June when I bought mine. A friend went back to the same dealership where I got my car to get himself a TL-S and they were going for $31,800 now (without Navi). Good luck man.

Hmmm...I guess I got jacked pretty good, then.
$33,500 non-Nav, with underbody kit, spoiler, and moonroof visor

Ah well, guess that's what I get for going in alone on my first time out...

You guys in California have a plethora of dealers to choose from (several in the LA area alone), and therefore a better opportunity to negotiate a price. There are only two dealers in the Cleveland, OH area--and one of those is actually in Akron, 30 miles away! The only way to get a good deal is to drive, and I didn't have that much time to do that. Good deals were therefore hard to come by. In addition, I wanted to trade in my Dodge Intrepid (which not even some Dodge dealers are taking...tells you something about what people still think of American cars....)

With that prelude: I got a good deal on my trade, but paid nearly full sticker on the non-navi TL-P, $29360. The wheel locks came with, and the protection package with splash guards and trunk protector brought the total to a cool $29600. This was the best deal I could get after going to a total of three dealers (driving a considerable distance to go to two of the three and deciding one was slimy, while another gave an insulting price on the trade to get rid of me). As you can tell from the fact that I probably overpaid, I *really* wanted a TL.

You guys should feel lucky that you can threaten to walk across the street to another Acura dealer if they don't take your deal!

I still love my car, just not the process of buying it.

I bought a tl-s non-navi about 3 weeks ago and got it for 30k with the protection package. I went to 3 dealerships any none would go lower that 30.8k, but an autobytel dealership came through.

FWIW: I bought at a dealership about 100 miles away and the local dealership (about 5 miles away and owned by the same people) wouldn't/couldn't match the price...
