What type of foglights are these???

There are 3 possiblities,
1) That's photoshopped (which I think it is)
2) Those are 6000K foglights but they look so blue because he turned them on and took a pic right away (when you turn on your HIDs they are blue/purple then they change to their regular color)
3) If this is the same guy I saw on some other site then he is the one with the blue film over his lenses.
