What tools do i need in order for me to take out the foglights on my 02' Tl-S so I can change the bulbs. Thanks.

 

10mm socket and a *long* extension bar. There's an opening in the front chin underneath on each side and you'll see the bolt there. You need the extension bar to reach it. Once the bolt is out, there is a clip on the side closest to the centerline of the car that needs to be popped and then the whole assembly slides forward and out. If you have smallish hands it is easier--you can access the clip by sticking your hands through the lower grille openings.
