What size 3a Racing Tips to get?

What size 3a Racing Tips to get?
I remember someone suggested the 3.5 x 9 inch tips part # is 62-2354. Is that what everyone else has? I know its bolt on only but will it be better if I have it welded?

those are the same tips I have on my car. I have them bolted on simply because that was the easiest thing to do. dont waste your time welding them on, it wont make any difference.
