i voted for Injen CAI and 02-03 tails.. the CAI will give you a slight increase in performance, while producing a very nice sound. The tails will give a better overall look to your car. I wouldve voted for the second choice if it included new(better) brake pads.

voted for CAI and tail light. It's just me but i don't plan on working on my rotor until they need to be change, why waste a perfct good set until then. plus sight and sound turns more head

unfortuneatly i think the last place the cash is going is a savings acct but probably would be the best place for it, back to the poll the first mod that i did was the exhaust because i like it loud and of the 3 on your list will cost you the most

So now since this is my first car, i also needed a car that is going to last me for the next 5 years and give me no major problems. SO SINCE I WILL BE DRIVING THIS WONDERFULL TL FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS, THAT MAJORITY OF US ON THIS FORUM LOVE, I MIGHT AS WELL SPLURGE AND ENJOY MY TL BUY PUTTING ALL THE MONEY I WANT INTO IT WITHOUT REALLY GIVING A FLYING FUCK! BECAUSE I AM GOING TO ENJOY ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL 5 YEARS I HAVE THIS CAR FOR AND YOU DAMN RIGHT IM GONA LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT. Now im not looking to buy a new car any time soon so ima have fun in the mean time. When i finish doing the last major hook up, thats it, i will be saving from there on so dont give me some shit about saving my money for a new car. Sorry for the long explanation but i hate when someone tells me what i should be doing with my money. If your gona do that, then you shouldnt be posting on this thread in the first place.
anyway i would say other than saving it....get the tails and rotors. cai adds some/little power but the sound is very unnoticable during normal driving. also makes it a pain in the ass to clean the filter(unless ur getting comptech). just go for the good looks. TL isn't meant to be super fast.

they are heat resistent spacers for your TB and IM they block heat from soaking into your IM and TB to create a cooler intake charge. I have had mine for 3-4 months now and love them. I got a decent gain and low end response is much better also after my car is running for an hour it doesn't bog like it used to it feels fresh and just as powerful as when it warmed up. they are 100 shipped from Outlaw Engineering and it is an easy DIY, you also have chance to clean your EGR port and intake manifold. another idea is just get headers, used alphawerks or new stones and a K&N filter and you'll be loving those gains!

search for thermoblok spacers and you will find DIY very quickly also can search for EGR cleaning and you'll find it. you can't really see the spacers when they are installed only the TB one it's about 1/4" thick. go to www.outlawengineering.com and you will see spacer kit and hardware included.

Sbuswell, makes a very good proposition. I just want to add one thing. Make sure you realize that the spacers don't add HP...they just prevent you from losing it when the engien heats up. Very creative, and practical mod.

I believe the spacers do add a few HP, it would only make sense because the spacers make your IM and TB slightly larger which allows more air to be taken into the IM. I felt more pep when I added mine. The EGR port is a great thing to clean up too and cleaning TB with Intake & TB cleaner helps too. Honestly if I were you I would go after some headers first and get a K&N filter to maximize the headers. My headers were by far the best mod I have done to my car.
