by the way dynojets ad dynocoms always vary in numbers... p2R has a dynocom and the numbers were a 9hp difference.. Darryl you probably would have put down 241 hp with the ice technique...

i dont think people realize that you have a TL-S motor in your car.

good point lol, i have a J32A2 with auto tranny and at the time of the dyno only had about 24k miles. so nowhere near the wear and tear the 100k+ motors have

still not going to make a 40+ hp difference (yes mine had 108k on it, but been VERY well taken care of since new, so not going to have much wear on it, definitely not 40+ hp)

so your numbers are inflated, by the dyno some, and also by "freezing" your manifold, it's not exactly like your drive around town with bags of ice on your manifold, or drive very far with out the motor warming up
where mine was basically what i could put down on a REGULAR basis as driving it around town, so fully warmed up, just not quite heatsoaked though, but no different if you had been driving down the highway and had plenty of airflow over the motor, and look at how consistent mine are, compared to yours

you don't know about the icebag manifold mod? now you can drive around town with bags of ice on your manifold!

also clown, you will probably put down around 10-15% (more a guesstimate though) more power by going through a manual, instead of an auto

but on the sme day a 07 3 liter accord with a MANUAL, put down the same numbers as me (or close enough), while still being completey stock

you car made 208 hp with i/h/e etc?...... i made 193hp stock......

we knew the car was going to make more power because the car sat for hours with ice on the manifold..it was a dyno day.. of course he doesnt drive around with exactly 250whp

as said inflated numbers, where mine where with a fully warmed up engine and such, but not heatsoaked though, also a dynojet, since every dyno is a little different, especially different brands

bolt-ons really dont' give that much "added" power, some but not exactly what every one claims, and anyways i think it is still getting choked some by the tb itself, so that might need to be changed to relize some of the added potential, need to test it kinda first

yea i know they're not normal driving condition numbers, never said they were, and yes they are inflated by the ice and the dyno probably. trust me i was surprised when i saw 250, i was expecting 230-240 since i had dyno'd 220 the last time i was there (previous dyno was without exhaust or intake, just tb on filter and no ice bag mod)

what mods do you have fries?

see sig, and then garage, easier then listing them

but yes very compareable to yours, yes more miles on it though, but it's been taken care of (like 3k mile oil changes since new, so inside of the motor is CLEAN) with about 20k on the plugs and t/belt and such, everything was basically done at 90k

and as said it was a baseline, and a everyday power output, with nothing done special for more power (also stock wheels also, and stock sized tires)

friesm2000 Mods - Comptech intake, Outlaw intake spacers, Comptech headers, Excelerate Perfomance hi-flow cat, Apexi exhaust, UR underdrive crank pulley, UR power steering and alternater pullies, Hayden tranny cooler,

i chalk it up to your dyno giving low numbers and mine giving high numbers, we both should be 230-240 range

also i had stock sized tires with the stock wheels on

and nothing done special, just a everyday power output type of run

also about 20k on the t/belt and the plugs and such, since every thing was done at ~90k

i agree, i highly believe with all his mods he only got that much power even though the car was in normal driving conditions

as said i think dynos might be an issue here (i would say 10hp or so varience possibe), but also the EXACT testing technique used, which might be the difference we are seeing
