Capability to play DVD videos on the Navi screen -- ability to offer different modes of voice. For example - you could have a menu of 11 different modes.. just for the fun of it..
An abrasive mode: "You idiot - you missed that turn - turn around" Miss again....
the female voice says.. "I'm not making you dinner tonight honey - you missed too many turns" - etc. Miss again "you aren't getting any tonight honey - sorry" Could have about 50 comedy lines like that. Mode 2: Lesbian mode...
The female voice says all sorts of titilating things.. Mode 3: Gay mode
(just think how much they'ed sell to the gay & lez population this way.. Mode 4: Straight mode male. Mode 5: Straight Mode female (a guy talking to them..) Mode 7:
George Carlin mode Mode 8: Bill Cosby mode

Integrated phone would be nice.

 

Interestingly enough, the Alpine variation of the Acura Navi actually has an optional phone module. You can look up business names in and press "Call" to dial their phone number.

 

As you can see from my handle, I am a pilot. What would be really nice is if the GPS allowed us to create our own routes and store them like we can do with aviation gps. If it can do it now, I do not know how.

I own an aztec with two other guys....has full co-pilot's panel, gps, argus 5000 moving map, 4-color radar, rmi, two glide slopes, known ice, and a stormscope.

 

Whee! Cool. I am the current president of the Honeywell Crown Flying Club. We have a Cessna 152, 172M and a 172RG. Since we make Bendix-King products, we have them decked out with avionics. The RG has a full IFR Silver Crown stack including KLN 94 color GPS, plus HSI, radar altimeter, autopilot.

How's the Argus display? We're installing a KMD 850 MFD in our 172M and considering installing another KMD 850 and a Stormscope on the RG.

 

My mistake the RG has a KLN 90B GPS, the 172M is having the KLN 94 installed.

 

LOL! Trish. Although on second thought, the Sam Kinneson Mode would be hard to get since he's dead!

Also, that Lesbian Mode might cause us male drivers to crash too much! I'm pretty sure it would increase navi sales, though.
