those are some cheapo 6000k hid wanna be made by korean companies. yes the blue tint is to make it LOOKS blue and make you think "man i finally got 6000K"
i have said over 1000 times already but go get philips. 250 shipped isn't a bad price for a set of real stuff, and it last a long time. i have 6000k hid on all my cars and they are all by philips, clear lens, purple ground wire, and reb brown metal sand. those are the characteristic of philips bulbs....

yeah I really hate seeing people with fake hid. they think changing to a light bulb that looks more bluish than oem is hid. Come on, no body will say a thing if they leave the stock halogen alone, but now they look like a fool with some bluish halogen, neither it's bright like real hid or vibrant color like the real thing. Sad to say I am seeing more and more these rides.
