This is what I get for my troubles
I brought the car to my local acura dealer because the audio control on the steering wheel was going nuts, it was turning the volume up when I was pressing down and so on. They said it would take a sec sat there for 2 hours said they replaced the ground wire...Charged Acura 149.00 luckily I was under warranty, then the steering wheel was making scraping sounds for two weeks until I was able to get a hold of that service advisor. Brought it back in he said its be a sec so I came back 3 hours later they said they have to order a part, since they were outta loaners they gave me a red 07 Toyota Solora convertible WTF!!!
so I drove that for til the next day, the guy called me said it was done they charged Acura some 600 dollars under warranty, came to get it. Then instead of the scraping noise it clicks when I turn it about 90 degrees or more either way. Busted a U-turn he said hopefully it'll be quick waited 30-40 mins still workin on it they put me in the Solora again WTF!!! So came back to the dealership to pick it up since my service advisor was off STILL MAKES CLICKING NOISES!!! not only that but now I'm missing the panel behind the steering wheel

totatly sucks man, i know how you feel
you should talk to the supervisor or whoever is incharge, and express how you feel to him/her, oh and make them give you an acura loaner, even if they have to take one off the lot.

......whats that all about i've heard of dealer fixing something and then something esle goes wrong with the area they worked on......but forgeting to put parts back wow really ask them if special machanic day........
i would talk to the guy who runs the whole dealership. They cant offer you much since its already all under warrenty and free... but then you can get a good loaner and he can make sure it gets fixed right the next time. If it doesn't, its on his hands and that makes him look really bad.
sounds like a wire or something maybe hitting the bottom or top panels around top of steering column...maybe they dropped something in there. i remember i dropped a screw once and it would roll around til i took it apart and found it

Would you by any chance know how to fix this without bringing the dealer into the equation? Thanks.
