I just pm'ed Marcus about it today. It is still going they are still waiting on the wing itself but he pretty much promised me it will move forward. I personally wish anyone else with one currently on their ride would step up and go without it for a few weeks and let
Marcus use theirs because whoever he is waiting on is just fucking slow.

A few friends of mine work at King Motorsports and it poped in my head one day to have them check if they can order the genuine Mugen TL spoiler so I am working with them to see if we can get some.
For those that don't know King Motorsports:
In 1987, when Mugen decided to enter the US market they chose King Motorsports as the sole authorized North American distributor of Mugen parts.

I had Jay (distorted reality over on the 3g side) talk to them at the last King Motorsports meet. The exact words from them were;
"The 3-peice Mugen for the TL?? God, I haven't seen one of those in years. Good luck..."

dam 1100? with all the shit we could do in this world, not one smart person up to this day could actully make this remake possible and moving, if they could replica our OEM lipkits, im pretty sure this WING wouldnt be as hard considering the fact that its smaller and wouldnt require much, besides the fabrication, it isnt much.
#28
And this would be a product that will sell alot!!! So i dont really see why wouldnt anyone atleast try making this into reality. 650 is rediciulous the most should be 400, its 500 for a CF trunk.
#30
Yeh i know 650 isnt bad, but seriously its 2008 almost 09 a remake wouldnt be too much to ask for, so that price can goto hell.......if they could remake OUR OEM kits, and sell it for half the price, Im sure the same could be done for the WING. Just a peice of plastic or rubber whatever.

How am I ignorant??, seriously our cars came out since 1999 and its almost 2009 it took so many years to get a remake, instead of making everyone spend almost a grand. A remake would be cheaper, promises are one thing, but its when shit really happens. i crack you? few wise words, anything that makes you smile, makes your cry, then makes you die........AND YOUR CALLING ME A KID?

I really dont understand this shit, i POST to state my opinion, then i have people calling me ignorant just because i think a PRICE for a remake after so many years is rediculious. Its a 2002 TL, one dude wanted like almost 600 for mirrors with lights 600 for LED tails, 650 for the Mugen remake and im guessing thats the price we will pay when we all buy it together NO?

Amount: $50 ($50 is the minimum amount to secure a wing. You can
put as much as you want. $350 for CF, $285 for FG. Buying the full
amount will secure a wing for you sooner than the other people in the
buy. If the whole thing goes to hell, we will refund you minus a 10%
processing fee, or you can use the gift cert for anything else on our site.)
See I could work with this.........

Read a whole thread before you start arguing

i believe you didnt read the whole and are being called ignorant because you simply dont know what your talking about... nobody said anything about 650 for a REMAKE... 650 was the price i originally paid for my REAL mugen spoiler when i got it from japan a few years back through king motorsports... if you read the earlier posts we were talking about how a real mugen spoiler if you can even find one used is upwards of 1000 dollars
Read a whole thread before you start arguing

Well I found out the correct price, of the remake, that sounds GREAT......wouldnt have been arguing, people just need to watch their words, and I been looking for a MUGEN spoiler, since LASTYEAR, its old news about the price and what not, just vented on some prices being rediculious.

yea, definatly, if you were a year or 2 earlier you might have still been able to snag a real one before they got discontinued, yea i for one had no idea used ones were going for 1000 and up which is insane, but i guess it all comes back to the simple theory of supply and demand...
