What do YOU think of this?

Alright, I drive a black 99 TL, and love it.
-Today i put in the mesh grill, and this weekend, if possible i want to put in mesh/ foglights into the front bumper (Is it possible and if so is it hard?)
-Puddle Lights (Is green to ricey? because thats the color scheme i looking to go with)
-and interior lights, green to go with puddle lights
-Eventually a muffler, to make it sound a bit meaner
-And when i can get $800 some rims

I know i'm not doing much on the motor, but i will eventually..
Am I fucking up this car or not?

Why Green Puddle lights? Going for the Green Lantern/Riddler theme?

Doesn't sound right to me. Red or White sounds better.

Interior light in white with something like footwell/glove box/storage console accents sounds better to me as well. White primary lighting is much more functional and doesn't look like your trying to get attention and/or trying to impress someone.

Just my and I'm old

At the end of the day, you do what YOU like and (politely) fuck everybody else. Life's alot more enjoyable that way.

Take your time and mod your car the right way..green neon =ricer, I'm not a fan of neon lighting unless in the trunk for audio, 800 dollar wheels will bend, hope your not using chicken wire you get at home depot for your grills. But its your car and you can do what you do.

i found some 18in enkei GF1s for 792, should i not go with those?
And i want to have a green and black scheme, not because i need attention, but because i think it looks cool, i just don't want to come off as a ricer..

Enkei's are well made, but are wheels of the past. I don't think the TL looks very nice with multispoke wheels such as the GF1, the only way to pull off that look is to go big and have a crazy offset and maybe a two piece design. Go on ahead with your green and black theme, its a good starting point for your build, you have some direction. Make sure you get the right offset when you get your wheels, its very critical in the look of the finish product. Lower offsets will require modifications to the fenders/tabs. Happy tuning

do what you want, and what you like! people are too swayed by others on here. Just take the time out and do everything right not half-ass! good luck on the modding though
