what do u think of this?
Painting the Y pipe is a good idea, but I would have went with black because the rest of the muffler pipes are black. Blue just stands out too much, IMO. But if you like it, that's what really counts.

It looks nice Joey, but I think you are going paint happy. (stop sniffing the paint)
Paint the rest of your exhaust system blue maybe even some blue racing stripes, blue mirrors, door handles, etc.. oops, I think I went paint crazy....

Painting the Y pipe black is meant to hide that "plumbing" as much as possible. Our Y pipe is plain ugly to look at, so trying to hide it in black is the way to go, IMO. Any other color just draws more attention to it that causes peeps behind u to say "what's that ugly a$$ pipe in there?"

Anyway's I'm too lazy to change it now...maybe another day or maybe not at all...
That will be me!
I think it looks cool in blue, but I don't think it would match the black color that well.

Thanks for being a guines pig Joey.
It was my idea but thank god you did it first. I thought it would turn out looking better but I guess I have to see it in person. I guess I am painting mine black but who knows.
BTW, my TL is so low anyways so it's not like anybody can see it.
I can paint it bright pink and no one will be able to see it.

Looks REALLY good man...definitely good. I'm wondering though...can we take it and polish it? Or replace it with a stainless steel version. That'd match the best. But I think the blue looks real good bud

Actually I saw it yesterday, and it is GROSS
looking. It literally stands out, maybe my HID's just light it up. You should either paint the rest of the exhaust or lower your car to cover it a bit, because it really stands right out.
