What to do for more low end power? Chip or no chip?
I installed DC sports headers (headers wrapped and sprayed with heat block material), Comptech Icebox, WS-II full cat-back exhaust. I am installing the UR Crank and Accessory pulleys and TB Spacer this weekend. So far my mid to high HP and especially torque feels ALOT better, but I have gained little in the low RPMS, below say 4000K. Should I go with a chip?
So my question is (after looking at posts and finding alot of different chip info in different places) can everyone who has a chip or has tried one in their 2 gen TL post their chip maker/model, price, and pros and cons?

Yeah - many "chips" for cars are just resistors that make your car run lean. Sure - it'll have more HP for a while, but then you'll ruin the engine.
I agree with above. Either f/i or drop in a V8 for low end power.

There are no real chips for our car so stop wasting your time looking.
Oh and wou do know that your headers were already ceramic coated which is a heat coating???

The only way to increase low-end power is force-induction (turbo- or super-charging) or larger displacement (3.5L upgrade).
