what to clean mufflers with

what to clean mufflers with

ive got teh hks draggers and their suppose to be stainless...but they have what looks like alot of small rust spots...how do i get rid of that ****...the mufflers dont shine anymore...

Eagle one polish? That cleaned my exhaust tips very well. Pretty much apply like wax. Wipe it on and then let film dry a little and then wipe off with cloth.

I used some kind of Metal polisher. I forgot what kind is it. I think it was Mequirs...Let me check.

I thought HKS systems were T304.

meguires mag and aluminum polis and my favorite is Eagle One Never Dull. thats what i use on my comptechs

do you think never dull is strong enough to clean it?...or is it just a polish/protector?

i use it to clean my comptechs (the whole muffler) and if i run into a tough spot ill combine it with mothers mag and aluminum polish. but they should clean them up nicely. if you have any black stuff on them (tar) use some bug and tar remover first. i usually have to do that first on mine
