Can you be more specific. How about a pic.

 

Are you referring to the B pillar trim? The trim between the front and rear doors? If so, you should find another body shop if they didn't know what it's called.

 

Moleskin around the windows?!

These are also the small strips that run over the windows. Thing that I dont know about this is that it seems that these parts are the same as you currently have, Taped!!! Want them painted if possible.

Um Black Door Trim

 

If you're talking about the b-pillar, are you talking about those decals? If so, a dealer can fix that pretty quick.

I also heard about a lot of people just get them painted black, like they probably should have been.

 

I've had enough of trying to get all those pieces fixed. The re-tape will eventually re-bubble and the new B-pillar covers they install will crack again in no time.

I'm biting the bullet and getting everything repainted by a bodyshop. Hopefully this will solve the problem once and for all.

 

Have an appointment on the 1st to get mine done under warranty by the dealership. Gonna take 5 days, they have to disassemble the doors and send them out to the body shop to be stripped and painted, then reassemble.

The parts that I listed are taped/decals, I had talked about this problem earlier in the week and DenverTL had talked to me about it, so I knew what parts he was talking about.
