I’m looking to sell my 2002 Acura TL. What would be a good listing price for it?

+ Alloy Wheels

+ Keyless Entry Sunroof/moonroof
+ Heated seats (front passenger side only)
+ Black exterior with a leather black interior
+ Rear bench seat
+ AM/FM with a CD player
+ Large rear trunk
+ Premium Wheels
+ NON-Smoker car
+ Master key, valet key, and key FOB
+ Lowered suspension
+ Fairly new all season tires
Here are the issues with it:
+ Faded paint
+ Scuffs and dents on exterior
+ Driver's seat has small tear right above the right shoulder of the driver
+ Transmission needs rebuilding or replacing
+ SRS light is on
+ Rear brake pads need replacing and rotors need turning
+ Foot well on driver’s side gets wet when it rains
+ Low beam headlights don’t work
