Rear seats won't fold

Good morning folks,

I recently purchased an CPO 2014 TSX and last night I was trying to fold the rear seats, i pulled the latchs in truck but nothing happen, does not feel the click or whatsoever, then i went to the rear seats try to shake, pull..pus..etc, it's locked. no movement... any suggestions?
hope you guys can shine some light before I take it to dealer, wonder if CPO warranty cover these type of issues.

Hi,

You have to put your key on the back seat by the speakers open the cover put in your car keys and turn the key and then go fold the rear seats.

actually, i figured out last night, you have to pull the seat while someone else HOLDING the latch, 2 people job.
another way is you holding the latch and push seat in truck. basically the latch MUST be holding.

Haven't used the key in a while - but I think the key is used only to be able to fold the seats from the inside of the car, without someone else having the pull the lever from the trunk. (It does not lock the trunk levers).
