Weird sound on my TL

Hi guys

When I'm driving my car at a low speed (Like 5 KM or less) and I'm just slowly movin' along I hear a clanging sound from my car. It sounds like 2 pipes are hitting against eachother. It happens only when I'm moving from a slow roll sometimes at a lower speed like 40KM/H.

I'm wondering what it could be? It sounds like the pipes touching eachother and is only able to be heard when I have my window open. Obviously this isn't minor but I"m curious as to what it is because my car isn't losing any power so I can rule out a broken seal between those parts.

Any ideas?

Thx

not my exhaust because it's a greddy and i could see everything is tight. However what's a heatshield? I know it may have come from bottoming out the bottom of my nose a little but it's never been HUGE

Excuse my lack of parts terminology, but i think i can help

I had this problem when my Cover for my the middle part of my exhaust (halfway through the car)was apparently loose for some reason, so i lifted the car up, tightend it and that sound was gone.

do u also get that same sound with u accelerate (maybe a little harder than usual acceleration)? if u do then im pretty sure its that cover just moving around

a heatshield is just a metal sheild that covers/protects hot parts like on top of both exhaust manifolds, and under the car above the exhaust piping to keep heat from the cabin. the catalytic converter also has a shield on it as Arabguy said.
