Warranty Question
If I go in for the tranny oil line recall, will they void my warranty for having an AEM CAI? How about if I install my Unorthodox crank pulley? Thanks all.

your CAI won't be any problem. you're pulley would be arguable from the dealer's point of view, but i believe other members have said they were not given a hard time about it.

anyone care to add anything?

The only person on this board who has been denied tranny warranty service was a guy who had a salvage title. You are not going to have a problem, even if you install the crank pulley.

Just don't make a big deal about your mods. Most mechanics just fix what they're supposed to fix and don't care much about the mods.

i have a comptech icebox and they didn't bitch at me, they even credited 20 dollars for not installing the air filter
