Do you guys drive with the VSA set in the on or off position? does VSA affect gas mileage?

 

leave it on all the time unless stuck in mud or ice
read your owner manual for special operation

is the vsa on when the light is on? or when the light is off.

 

Technically it's always "on", but it's only fully active when the light is off. I only ever turn it off (light on) when I'd like to do a run from stop.

 

thats correct, light ON means traction control OFF

 

wow.. i have always drove around with the light on in the winter and always thought wow this traction control sucks nuts... does it make the car a bit faster with it fully off?

 

only hurts on launch in drag racing--as it applies brake to the spinning side

 

damn that sucks. i do have a randome quick question. today i was racing my friend and we went around a prettys harp s turn and i was goin about 60. i got my car sideways and gunned it and i spun but didnt spion out or anythign. now what was weird was i was in the auto-manual shift and it would nto shift above second gear and i pput it back in auto and it wouldnt either. i slowed down to about 20 and it did.... any ideas?
