StevestMS makes it, it allows your NAV screen to display video source such as TV or DVD or whatever. He is currently not taking orders cause of parts shortage. but you can go into audio section to read more about it. It cost around 200 bucks

The only person that makes it is Steve. He is a genius for making the decoder, and unforunately there is such a great demand for it and ther is a parts shortage on it. Expecting mine to be done this Saturday by StreetEffectz, can't wait!

Yea, I already have the video in my navi screen with a mobile Pioneer DVD player. Of course Ron installed it for me. He did a great job.
But unfortunately, the decoder is in back -order because of the high demand. You will not regret getting it. The clarity is amazing too.

I saw a post that Steve was coming up with a workaround that didn't need the decoder (used the CD changer in-port to the stereo). For about $400, he said. I e-mailed Steve and haven't got a response yet.
