Vibration Problem

Have This Problem With The Car Vibrating At High Speed, Starting At 60mph And Worsen At 70-80mph. Had It Checked At The Dealer, They Found Nothing Wrong. Had All Four Tires Aligned And Balanced, The Problem Is Still The Same. All Four Tires And Rims Are Factory. Need Your Help, Should I Swap The Front Tires With The Back? Or Should I Get New Tires, But The Tires I Have Now Have AbouT 70% Thread Life. What Should I Do? Any Idea?

Have you checked for a bent rim?

Not all balancers check for that, nor do the mechanics (or technicians as the like to mis-name them) look for that.

I had that problem. Took it to Acura, said everything was fine, gave them my 40 bucks, and the car still shook. I called back and asked and they said "Nope, our machine doesnt tell us that."
Assholes...

Anyway, it was easy to spot, though mine was a small "hop" on the back side (inside of the car) that was noticeable when you turned the tire and looked at the rim lip at an angle.

I also had the vibration and did all the things you mentioned to see what was wrong and it turned out my rim was bent. After i replaced it all was fine. What sucks is, that i bent another rim but i will have to live with it for now since its not that bad.

try swapping the wheels fron to back. see if it goes away. if it does more than likely its a bent wheel. inspect all 4 rims when swapping and look for damage

If you have a Discount Tire store or America's Tire store in your area, I know for sure that they have Hunter Road Force Balancer machines. These balancer machines can balance the tire, but at the same time it measures run out and wheel problems. If your rim is bent, it will catch it and recommend repair or replace. I usually get this done when I had major vibration issues with my old 18" wheels on my Honda Accord.

This will help alot. Is your car lowered? Do you have a broken motor or tranny mount? Do you have broken bushings on your suspension parts? Broken struts? Are you driving on roads that have the type of surface that is coarse? We have some roads like that in Colorado. My commuter car was vibrating like a mutha, then I took my TL on it and my TL vibrated too, but not as much because my Accord is like 13 years old and
