Vibration at 60+ mph

Driving to class just now, I noticed there is a weird vibration that lasts about 2 seconds when driving over speeds of 60. I know its not my tires since I checked their PSI ratings a couple nights ago. I know it can be a number of things so everyones input is appreciated.

Check the brakes and check the tires for a bubble.

here is a list:

1) Alignment <--- most likely the answer.
2) Wheel Balance
3) Bad Tires
4) Steering wheel belt a bit too loose? very unlikely.

or what we all experienced at some point, Warped Rotors or bad uneven brake pads; that is if the vibration is happening when braking.

there are also other minor things that other members im sure can describe.

I do have one bad tire (Front/Driver) that I've been re-filling every 3 months w/air. Would that cause a vibration in the steering wheel? It's very noticeable when driving at 80mph (..just now coming to class) to a point where the vibration is felt through my entire arm.

..I'm also almost positive it's not my rotors since they have approx. 19.4k miles on them..and I don't gots a heavy foot no more so I'm rarely up on the brakes/rotors.

Input appreciated.

Edit* I also forgot to mention that I recently (approx. 2 1/2 months) ago dropped my car. Could that have had anything to do with it? It had either never done it before and/or I never noticed it..but now, it's *very* noticeable.
