I've noticed this a while back but forgot to post it.
It takes heck of a long time to clear my rear window, unbelievable 15-20 minutes, when I had an '88 Olds Delta 88 it was within 5 minutes that I had a clean window.
Is this only the case with me or anyone else noticed it also?

Just my 2 cents...

Mine takes about 3-5 minutes depending on how bad the frost is. I'm happy with it.

I think there might be a gap somewherer connecting to the thin metal wires across the window. Go through all the metals, or lines and check for gap(s). If there are gaps, there is a product which you can buy at any carparts store , i don't know what is called, that can fix things such as those.
Good luck with it...

Well it does seem to take a while to defog my rear window. It takes me about 8-10 minutes to completely defog. There seems to be a lot of water droplets on the rear window. It's not like it's freezing here in Houston, just a lot of moisture I guess.

I've noticed this as well. It does seem to be a while before I can even start to see the frost go away. usually I'll have to wait at least 10 min and it won't clear up until about 15 min from when i started the car. I't ok, depending on how much of a hurry i am in.
