Very upset right now

i put on tein h-tech springs about 3 weeks ago (myself). i took my car in to the local car shop on monday. this shop is were my whole family takes their cars too. This was for an alignment, new spark plugs, grease the chassis, check valves.etc ( my 105,000 mile service.) yes i had already replaced my timing belt and that crap at 100,000ish. So i get a call tuesday and i am told that i need new rear struts since both a leaking. i dont have the time since school just started so i told him to go for it.
He calls yesterday saying my power steering is making a noise. Well #1 my car has never made any suspect noises before and why would it start their? so i picked my ccar up today and it was making a bad sound. i could tell it was the power steering. i got home and checked underneath to find fluid all over the right side of the undercarriage of the car. i then saw that my right side of my bumper is all scraped up and then saw the metal O thing hanging down was all bent up as well. so was my mud guard. Obvioulsy someone has hit something very hard. i checked the mileage and they had put on 26 miles on it since they have had it. i think that is a bit high. also he only told me about it right when the car was done. so why did he not see all of this liquid when they raised it up? they saw that the struts were slightly leaking but could not see my front covered in powersteering fluid? i think thats all i have to say. ill update

tell your family and ask to speak with the owner, if he gives you shit explain you will call an attorney and sue them. maybe call your insurance company and file a claim of vandalism. I know it's a shop and all, but I used to resolve subrogation claims as a third party carrier and understand what they are responsible for and there insurance will have to cover it. if your insurance company sucks, as most do, call an attorney and have him/her send a letter directly to the owner of the shop explaining you will take legal recourse if your vehicle is not fixed at their complete expense with a loaner vehicle ready for you and then your car is inspected by a different mechanic, preferably the dealer.

my dad gave him a call. he has always seemed like a honest hardworking guy and he has vowed to get to the top of it. he then told us that he takes the cars to a different shop for alignments and the only time my car left his sight was when it went there. he told him that he has insurance and my dads going to take my car up tomorrow to have him investigate. i really think/hope he will help me out. i just want to puke.
