Very low mileage TL-S in MD

So I was off today and decided to check out the Acura and Audi dealers. While I was at the Acura dealer some older man in a walker was checking out a new 08 Type-S. He happened to get it and traded in his silver 03 TL-S with 17K miles. Has a black int, and even original tires. He only drove it around town. This thing is mint, so if anyones looking for one in the area, here's a heads up.

They'l likely charge, like 24g's for it, and NOT move from their price.
