Why the F@#k is it always when a body shop tells you monday it magically changes in to friday. I went to the guy painting my goddamn car today and he only painted the mirrors, hood, gas tank lid, and trunk. Anyone notice I didnt mention the actual body of the car!!!!!:chainsaw: :chainsaw: I want my car back!!!!

oh... i though u had already factored in the late time. if its something big... always add a few days to whatever they added.

 

Yup ... you always need to expect "a few more days" variable to be added to the schedule. I just got my TLS back from a dealer's bodyshop. The dealer told me I could pick up my car on Monday but it was delayed till Thursday.

After I got the car back, I still have to bring it back for some minor adjustment since they did not mount my tail lights correctly.

Bottom line is, if they say it could be done in X amount of days, just add a few more days to the formula.

samething happend to me. Acura has my car said that it was going to be done today and sorry it will be tomorrow. It's ok i have one of their cars, so ill be adding more miles to it. Over 1000 miles on it in a week started with 858 no its at 1870. yes yes im doing a good job with it im trying to break it not break it in. I hear some grinding on the brakes already. That was there before i got it i think. TSX's are fun.
