Please -- anyone on the lookout --

giovanni is missing. He's been gone since Thursday, June 9th. His family doesn't know where he is; hasn't reported to work; a large sum of $$$ is missing from his bank account.

If you've heard from him or seen him, please contact the York Regional Police (905-881-1221 ext 7400) with incident # 05-104425. If you wish to contact your local police department, mention the incident number and also mention to the dispatcher to watch for his "mental health -- apprehension".

For the Toronto people, he's the guy that set up the April meet at Woodbine Acura (100+ cars showing). He's a great guy and very helpful. But he didn't attend the meet due to personal issues. I hope everything is OK but ever since April, he's not been the same.

Please -- anyone who knows anything -- please contact the authorities.

His car is quite noticeable, so keep a look out for it. He has the grey TL with the black stripe on the sides. The car is lowered and I think he put a front lip on it. His car is quite unique, definitely noticeable if you see it. It has some stickers on it too. If anyone sees it anywhere or thinks they may have seen the car since Thursday that might help locate him as well. He may not be around in the Toronto area, so if you guys&gals can keep a look out for his car in other parts as well...he may be in another province for all we know...maybe even the States...I don't know if the border guard keeps track of everyone who has entered the states. Derrick, would you happen to have a pic of his car?

As requested, here is a pic of John's car:

'99 TL / Laguna Green / NOW HAS WW Font Lip / Blue Side-Markers / Lowered / Tinted / OEM wheels / Smoked license plate covers / Partially DeBadged / Mesh Grille / And *possibly* the 'Inspire' decals running the length of the car - he mentioned previously that he was removing the decals and I'm not sure if he ended up doing that



This car should have Ontario plates

 

The last time I saw John's car he had removed all the window decals and the only thing left on the car was the inspire body wrap, however he did mention that he was going to remove them but I dont think he ever got around to doing that. Either way his car is still pretty easy to notice.

 

holyy....you know what? I zoomed by his car on Saturday around 4pm around Renforth drive on the 401, the car was goin reaaaal slow, like 120, so I slowed down to holla at him, but it was some older dude with glasses driving, so I thought it was his dad or something and I just kept on driving........but for sure I saw the car on saturday (the 11th of June) on the 401, no doubt about it.

 

You should probably contact the authorities with this info. The more they know the easier for them to put things together.

License plate would be AKNH 163 unless he's done a quick cash sale and handed over the keys to someone else (old man with glasses does not = John)

ya it did...that's how I recognized it immediatley, and like I said....this was only saturday gone, so I dunno man.....I just hope the dude's ok

 

anyway to find out if the car has been sold? Sounds kinda fishy that someone else was driving his car...

Holy crap, I hope everything is okay with Giovanni, I met him at Woodbine Acura a few months ago, he bought my stock TL-S exhaust from me. I always wondered way I didn't see him online lately. I'll def keep my eyes peeled for him or his car.

yo, my two neighbors got kidnapped back in venezuela (and my little bother almost too and that's why we're in the states)
last i heard before we moved, one of the neighbors payed like $500,000ranson and was returned in a wooden box with lots of parts missing (organs) and the other guy never found again.

and so i ask again...i feel terrible for this guy and his family most of all

 

he probably just sold his car and got some other car and is in some other forum like a bimmer or something. but it not, hope he is ok.

he has been missing from work and took money out from his account, so this is what we really concerned
