UR crank pulley, cheapest place to buy

Where is the cheapest place to get UR crank pulley, is there any group buys coming up. Last one ended end of Oct.04 I believe. If anyone knows of a vendor or site I can find one cheap let me know. Has to be brand new pulley though. Thanks guys.

AcuraTl203 you got Bomz racing pulley, huh? I seen those and actually posted a thread about them a few weeks ago, the response was really bad. No one had any experience with the Bomz pulley though they just bad mouthed anything other than UR, so has the Bomz given you noticeable gains? I heard it has spots for 3 belts, when our crank pulleys only have two belts, is that true? I am interesting in some details on that Bomz pulley. Let me know man.

no i didnt get the bomz pulley i got it from another seller, most ebay sellers dont post pics of the exact item anyways they usually just use a generic photo, mine only have 2 belts and actually came witht he same instructions and same belts had to be used from the UR ones. Theres better off the line response and i feel it was definitely worth $45 plus belts, if i paid almost $200 parts + labor i would be a lot less pleased

What brand is the pulley you got AEM or something else? Was the gains spread across powerband or just low-end?

Any undersized crank pulley will show gains across the powerband.

I would go with the Megan made pulley if you're going to go non-UR.

anyone have the underdrive crank pulley with a system over 1000 watts? The website says the underdrive will still work fine with your stock electrical system if you have around 600 watts. Im trying to decide if I should get this thing or not????

Why take the chance? UR says 85% of the benefit is from the fact the pulley is lighter than stock and only 15% because it underdrives. Get the standard sized pulley.

Ya I want to, but its like $240 or $260 by itself!!! I dont know if an extra 10 hp or so is worth that plus installation and belts...

Wouldn't the standard sized pulley use the same belts? Also, of all the mods, the pulley must rank near the top of the list of hp gained for the dollars spent.

Ya it does give a good increase and even better because its across the whole powerband but that looks like about a $400 mod with the regular sized UR pulley. Dont know if I can get that kind of cash flow now.

Yes. The crank pulleys are the same for the CL/TL/Accord V6 3.0L/3.2L.
