Those welds are a work of art. Can't say the same for the other manufacturers.

hey penguin why didnt you go for alphawerks? tunaboy had them installed and said the welds were good. even tho he only had them for one day due to a car crash the next day, seems like the headers were of good quality. he said he got them for 300 bucks so its not crazy-priced like CT's

btw i replied to your tire thread but you didnt reply. did ya see it?

Yes, I saw your reply.. thanks

I literally saw the post for the alphwerks headers the day after I sent payment for the OBX headers. If I had seen it earlier, I probably would've waited a while to see how the alphawerks were working out. FYI, I got the OBX headers for $312 shipped on ebay.

I'll let you guys know how these OBX work out for me. I probably can't get them installed for a month or so though.

There seems to be a ton of "talk" about OBX headers, but very little firsthand info about them. Not many ppl. seem to speak from experience when they talk about them. It's all the same "you get what you pay for" and "poor quality welds" rhetoric, but I suspect a lot of people say this because that's what they hear from others and what they see just from looking at the headers. I think what's most important is if they fit, work, and hold up for a decent amount of time. I could care less how rough the welds look, so long as they hold up. Just my

What if prior to installation, reweld the headers since OBX Factory cant do a decent weld on them.
