Unorthodox Racing Stock Size Pulley - If you want one ever again please read!!

2nd gen CL/TL owners looking for the stock size crank pulley or pulley set please ready the following:

UR is no longer making the stock size pulley. In order to get it made I have to buy 40 pieces. I don't mind doing this if I can get at least 15 pre orders. I'll keep the rest in stock. The price of the stock size crank pulley will be $190 shipped for this preorder and the stock size pulley set will be $310 shipped for this preorder. We already have one or two who purchased on the preivous GB so we have the first two spots filled. Please let me know:

All you ziners who now have, or plan to install more than 600 watts of stereo,
NEED the stock size pulley - in a lightweight version of course- or you wont have enough juice to run everything at idle with an UNDER-drive pulley

Better pass the word to your friends in other foruns with TL/CL to get on this now, or it will be gone forever- and those with the pulley will smile as they pass you by

they free up HP & TQ to the wheels and dress up the engine bay with out lowering alternator output. They also weigh like only 1lb compared the cast iron stock ones that weigh around 15lbs.

The Ultra S crank pulley is a lightweight underdrive crank pulley. It underdrives the accessories 10-20% and requires new belts. The Ultra Sc crank pulley is a lightweight stock size crank pulley, which means that it does not underdrive the accessories and does not require a new belt. If you have a large stereo system (over 600 watts RMS) you will want the Ultra Sc crank pulley. If not, you will want the Ultra S pulley. Average gains are about 7-8 HP. The Ultra Sc will make maybe 1 less hp than the Ultra S pulley.

heres the link to the black market thread:
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...=301566&page=1

this might be the last time to get one of these so i say jump on it, and you'll definately need the stock sized pulley

If I wasn't so broke I'd put myself on the list but I don't want to do that and not be able to get it. If you do get this batch made, I'll probably end up getting one of the extra ones you get made.

What they mean by needed is that if you want to run an aftermarket pulley, you will NEED this one instead of an underdrive pulley. If you want to run your system with your stock pulleys, you'll be fine. If you want more power from aftermarket pulleys, you should go with the Ultra Sc. Give me a call if you have any other questions on it.

Intallation isn't to hard, you just need a special tool to hold the pulley while you remove the bolt. It takes some serious muscle to get the bolt off but it's not very technical. Just remove the passenger side wheel and wheel wheel. Then you'll see the crank pulley right in front of you. Remove the belts from the crank pulley and remove the bolt in the middle. Install the new one, torque the bolt (don't use an impact gun) replace the belts and you're done.
