Under the Engine Cover...

I just removed the plastic and the metal engine cover and noticed a orange like fluid underneath...what is this fluid? and should it be there? it seemed to me like it could be a lubricant of some sort for the bolts underneath...

Thanks in advance
Means

not sure what it is but i know its supposed to be there. If you remove the intake tube from the throttle body and look in you'll notice and orange hue.

Is anything under there showing signs of rust? That would be my only guess! Check everything over well and maker sure that stuff is not rusting........and try to keep that as dry as you can.
