I think undercar neon would look better. But as in the case with both strobe and neon, if you get caught with it on, you will get a ticket for illegal use of lights. If you're gonna get them, be smart on where and when you turn them on.

i really don't know. i'd imagine they arent the most high quality but if they do suck, it will only be $20 down the drain i think they'll look sweet though.

I know both are illegal but I would only use them (like i said before) in a parking lot or at a race or show or something.

I know in Miami underbody neons or strobes are only illegal if you drive with them on. Its only a moving violation, nothing can happen to you if your parked. Im not positivie thats the law but I heard that at a car show.

You try it first and let us know how it looks and how long it'll last. Then I'll decide if it is worth getting it.

BTW, I am planning to put neons underneath and strobes on the front/back/underneath also. My car is going to be a rolling light show.:p And of course I will only turn on the strobes and neon like at a car meet or show (never while driving).

My standard preface: every state is different. In MA, neons or strobes *anywhere* on the car are illegal any place the public has right of access. Obviously this includes streets, but it also includes parking lots of public places like malls and stores. A parking lot to a business that is not normally open to the public would be allowed, although even that is a "grey-area." And it doesn't matter if you are moving or parked--it's still illegal. The fine depends on the color. Any color *other* than blue or red is a $35 fine for the first offense. If they're blue or red it's a $300 fine for a first offense, and you could also be charged criminally with impersonating a police officer.

I think it'll look nice...Just because it's $20 doesn't make it any lesser quality...I bought my H&R cheaper than the Comptechs....it doesn't make my H&R any lesser quality....

By saying neon in the car you mean like on the interior? if so, it is perfectly legal. i had 2 green neon tubes in the interior and i rolled in front of at least 15 cops and all of them just smiled at me like they thought it was cool. i don't see why it would be legal, i mean people have t.v in their cars, navi systems that produce lots of light. about 3 weeks after i got mine, i started seeing people around here with it biters:p

Do you mean clear as in white?

IMO, go for the blue. That's what I'm getting. I will probably get mine next spring/summer.
