uh oh, messed up my temp needle
well went to install the indiglo gauges today, all good, but i messed theneedle up. when the cars on, it moves up a bit, but slowly, and gives wrong readings all the time, its not sticking, its the needle, so if i buy another cluster, can i just remove the fuel/temp gauge portion and replace it on the exsisting one?

yes you can, just undo the metal clip/ clamp, on the back of the board and push on those and it will pop out
I don't know what year you have, but for the 99, make sure you get one for it, not the 00-03. It will not give work.

when i said it wasnt cut good, u know how theres the actual gauge face, then the little oval/cirlce holes so it can sit properly? mine were not cut proper, and didnt fit exact, or straight, so i had to trim it a bit,
btw i got a 2000 gauge cluster, the temp/fuel gauge wont work no matter what? or r u just sayin that cuz of the model year difference, anyone know for sure? thanks for de help.]
i own a 99.
