Post Type S Engines

can anyone explain in detail how this dual intake manifold can get 260 hp? any diagrams u can enlighten me with? Thanks

To otired to explain in detail. Essentially, can switch b/t optimized for low rpm and high rpm. similar to vtec, but for air.

think high-pressure garden hose nozzle vs. sprinkler, both optimized for one certain watering task. our intake manifold is more like a plain hose.

perhaps a fluid dynamics engineer would care to xplain the manifold? i'll do it tomorrow if noone else has.
