2. To get the spray paint off the tail light you should try one of the products they sell at home depot or ace called goo gone or goof off... They take off wax so if you get any on your bumper you'll probably have to rewax it.
You could also try one of those products for the paint on your seat too, but make sure to read the back first. if you decide to use one of those products on your leather you might want to use some type of leather care or leather cleaner/protector after.
Here's a thread I started when I had the same problem of paint on my leather -- https://acurazine.com/forums/wash-wax-23/safe-use-paint-stripper-leather-373738/. Still haven't got a chance to try anything so let me know how you end up getting it out if you try.
for the paint, you can just use 100% pure acetone and it'll eat the paint right off the glass. becareful not to let it get on your paint tho, cuz it'll eat thru that too. just pour some acetone onto a towel, wring it so it doesnt drip anymore but it's just moist with acetone, then scrub your lights. use a small towel or just a piece of napkin so it's easier to handle and wont flap anywhere, like onto your paint. 2.99 a bottle at walgreen's or any drugstore
