I heard from someone that the VSA on the 2003 tl-s only controls the brakes for the frount two wheels and the VSA for 2004+ tl's contols all four, is this true?

The second question is about the comptech heafers, are they lighter than our sock headers?

 

Don't know about the VSA.

Yes, the comptech headers are lighter than stock, but that has little bearing on their performance gains. Defintely a must do mod.
