Lightbulb Turn Signal Failure

Hey guys I vowed that i would make a proper introduction my first post but I have already run into a problem.
I have an '03 TL that I got for my birthday in October, and wanted to get to messing around with but could not because of the weather.
Anyway, with the weather getting good and viewing a bit around the forum i wanted to replace my burnt out lights on the digital clock and on my temperature gauge. So I looked at the guides pulled my dash out got the bulbs and replaced all the switches and everything. But now my turn signals cease to function AT ALL. They dont stay on like some people have posted but at all. I took it out for a drive to see if the car just needed to run for a bit. When I Activate them using the turn signal stalk clicks and all but no lights flash or the inside lights on the dash dont work.
As you understand this isnt safe to drive around in and if i cant get it fixed in a few days I'm probably going to go to the dealership or something.
So if anyone knows anything that might help let me know
Thanks guys!

check the fuses, you could've blown them.

Your hazard triangle button is disconnected. You forgot to reconnect it after you took apart your dash.

Hey guys, I resolved the issue!
I figured I would just put it back together and drive it around my neighborhood and that would help somehow. And when I put everything back together I was putting the steering wheel plastic cover on and i must have connected the relay under the indicator stalk that might have been disconnected
So yea thanks for your suggestions!

Oh ok, I'll keep that in mind in case someone else has a similar problem.

Thanks for the info.
