Turbo? or Supercharged?

what's ur take?

having issues on what i feel like doing for my next project.... as much i would like a 6speed swap... turns out it'll be way more expensive to get all the parts since everythign i could find was on the other side of the country...

custom turbo kit it and risk any future potential issues (tranny)... or get a reputable CT SC?

On an a/t car like ours I would go with the supercharger. If you were gonna do a 6sp swap, I would turbo it.

The SC and a good turbo kit will cost more than the 6 speed swap, shipping for the parts for the trans isnt that much. it weighs less than 100lbs. Take your time and search around.

yea I would go for a 6 speed as well if i was to do anything like that. car is fast as is, with a 6 speed even faster and lighter. dont realy see the need for a turbo or a SC.and an a-spec with a 6 speed MT, just unique and sexy hahaa

see i dunno about u guys in the states but obviously there's way more 6speed writeoffs there then in canada. and parts are WAY WAY WAY cheaper there... even if i were to ship the parts from the states... i'll end up paying brokerage, customs taxes and that could end up costing more then having to jsut ship it from the otherside of the country... I've been searchin for tanny for about 3months now... every place i called didn't have a single CL-S 6speed and the one place that did wanted 800+shipping just for the tranny... i hate all the part places canada... half the parts arent' even cheap.

If it's a daily driver you should get supercharger.
If a weekend or show car get turbo.
Cuz your car will run little bit hotter bit turbo
