check your owners manual for detailed instructions.

but here is the abridged version.

The underside of the bumper, directly below your foglight housings, is a small square hole. Put an extended 10mm socket up in there and remove the bolt holding the housing in. After that take a flathead screwdriver with tissue over the head, and place it between the foglight housing and the bumper (on the side closer to the middle of the front bumper) and pry the housing out *gently*. After that take a screwdriver and loosen the screws on the back of the housing and rotate the bulb out, then replace the bulb. Then put everything back together.

The only frustrating part is getting the bolt back up through the bottom of the bumper and into the housing, don't get too frustrated, it will align eventually.

Good luck.

Also, the bulbs are 9006 HB4

Frustrating is an understatement. It took me about 20 minutes to get the drivers side to align. I ended up jacking the car up to get a better view (which actually made the whole process much, much easier when I did the passenger side). The passenger side lined up perfect though and the entire replacement time for that side was about 6 minutes vs 36 for the driver's side (first time doing it).

Plenty of people have HID kits on their fogs. Since you have a 9006 kit, its pretty much plug and play. You just gotta find places to mount the ballasts.
