I would to agree with Lexol Leather cleaner. I had clean my whole interior with it since I got my windows tinted. The cleaner was great. Now it is spotless.

Lexol is great stuff. It even smells good! I buy mine at a shoe store a few blocks from my office...

Get 1 bottle each of Lexol Cleaner & Lexol Conditioner. You can get it at PEP BOYS or other places.

If the leather is still on the cow/steer, hose down regularly (it's difficult to get her/him into the tub and the beasts don't like Lifeboy soap).
For seating (precludes live cow "stuff" above), the following link is a good "how-to". Good luck!!!http://carcareonline.com/leather_care.html

Question -- treatment for leather? --

To the loyal followers of this forum, I have a qusetion for you:

What kind of leather treatment would you use for the interior of the car? My '91 Accord was fabric so it wasn't a problem but now-- I feel obligated to use something to keep the leather soft and shiny. Is there something on the market that will keep things looking new? ArmorAll seems like an newbie's choice but I would only apply that to the vinyl dash and trim.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time to anyone who can help me.

Lexol Leather Cleaner and Treatment
I also use Lexol Vinylex for dash (way better than Armor All, no grease and it has a UV protector)

check out www.carcareonline.com for good info on lots of stuff. No affiliation and I usually buy my products somewhere else.

lexol cleaner and conditioner. Great stuff.
You can pick it up at Pep Boys.

I use the cleaner about every 3 months. And I use the conditioner once a month. But that is just me, I'm a wierdo. The conditioner seems to preserve that new car smell.
www.autopia-carcare.com and www.properautocare.com are good sites for info which will tell you all other ways to take care of your care. I spent about 4 hrs there reading when I first got my care.

Sounds like Lexol is the concensus choice here. From my experience, I won't put Armorall on anything in my car.
