Transmission

I have a 2002 Acura TL that I had a brand new transmission put in 10/2016 in Virginia. I now live in Fl and the transmission started acting up where it seems in neutral in all gears and won't move. My mechanic in Virginia offered to replace he selenoid under the warranty but no one in Florida wants to touch it. Is this something I can do myself?

Sure! Just ask them which one it is. Sounds like it might be on its way out or it could also be an axle problem, is it all the gears? We need more info.

I am having the same issue. No gear engages. How would I be able to tell which solenoid is bad? Would it be better just to replace all?

Check the following... your car's ATF level, shift cable may be out of adjustment, defective, or disconnected at the shifter.
