Tranny swap

When the dealership does a tranny swap, do they replace the tranny with a new version that should not have the same problems, or just one from another car. IE: Is it a crap shoot or will it really be fixed?

You should probably do a search as this has been discussed many times... but the do not replace it with a tranny from another car... it's a tranny direct from the factory.
