My wife drove to work in the tls and she was goin about 70mph and all of a sudden it just drop to about 20mph. she called and i knew it was the damn tranny it had about 43000 miles on it . we got it fix and now it doesn't pick up the same ...especially when im on the highway and im tryin to pass someone. feels like some hoopty. im thinkin the dealer gave me another f***** up tranny.. what do you guys think?

It's remanufactured. The most likely changed the PCM which changes the shift points. I thought my TL had lost all its balls when they changed the PCM, but once I got used to it (and it got used to me) it is just as fast as it always has been, only a hell of a lot smoother about it. I'm now really enjoying the smoothness of the "new" transmission - although I know it's prone to failure, too.
