Tranny Question (Reverse Gear)
Hello everyone,
Lately when my tranny sits overnight and I go to initially put it in REVERSE the next morning (from Park), it shifts down extremely hard. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? It shifts so rough that I get nervous because I'm thinking that my motor mount(s) are that much closer to being broken (at the least). I have a 1999 TL with 87,000 miles on the original tranny. Thanks!
P.S. I do not get the harsh shift into any of the forward gears.
