Tranny Problem Solution!!!

Hi guys, I just registered on this site, I just got my self a 3,2 TL 2001 and happen to come accross this site.

I have noticed that a lot of you has tranny problems or are expecting some.

I may have a solution to some of your problems. I am an authorized distributor of the Magnom filters.

what do these filters do:
They filter down to 1 micron any engine/tranny fluids and remove all the metallic particles from a magnetic process.

All the information can be found there as well as pricing.

I have yet to install one on my car, because I just got it but it should be on there pretty soon.

If you have any questions.

Send me an email at [email removed by moderator]
or PM me here.

Thx

Mathieu.

First, welcome to the site.

Second, you obviously have no idea what is causing the transmissions to fail... a filter isn't going to fix the problem.

Third, No free advertising of parts you sell.

EDIT:

Fourth, Only in Canada would you spell "Matthew," "Mathieu"

I have read that some tranny are "loosing" lubricant and therefore causing some grinding in the tranny, this grinding causes metal parts of gears to be loose in the tranny to do some damage.

this filter can get you rid of all those damaging particles. If its not the source of the problem it sure will help preserve the tranny. Ferrari uses the magnom filter in F1.

If it is not free to advertise like this on the site, Im sorry and I would like to know what is the price to do so.

Thank you for welcoming me and yes Mathieu is Canadian and more so Quebecer

no offense .. a filter can stop the metal shavings from going into the tranny fluid; possibly

but wont it wont do is stop the problerm from happening transmissions ..

they allready came up with a solution for it (Acura) and that is why there is a recall on transmissions, 7/100,000 warrynty on them.

Something along the lines of jets spraying lubricant onto the second gear area.

I further read about the problem, I understand how it cannot help the problem.

But leaving this aside, its a great way to preserve your tranny.

For most other trannies, yes. But not for our trannies. The problems are heat built-up and inadequate fluid flow. With better filtering capability, your filter will clot more easily, thereby restricting fluild flow even more, and further worsening the heating problem.

The recall is not a solution for the transmission problem
